Green Smoothie Bowl
I love this green Smoothie bowl, it’s refreshing on a hot summer morning and you get a good dose of greens into the start of the day. - Serves 6
Ingredients
1 Avocado
6 Kale leaves (stripped) or 2 handfuls of spinach
2 scoops (60g) of vanilla protein powder
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tbsp of green powder
200 g of coconut yoghurt
½ banana
220 g of frozen mixed tropical fruits.
250 g of filtered water
Method
Blend in blender or Thermomix until smooth.
Serve with chia seeds, nuts, coconut flakes or a homemade granola.
