We form a comprehensive assessment of your health by identifying current symptoms, overall health risks and collecting information about your personal and family medical history.

I will ask a diverse range of questions to gain certain details about your typical diet, daily activities, lifestyle choices, as well as your mental, emotional and social environments. I will then provide you with a holistic health plan which includes a range of preventative and restorative measures, a targeted and personalised food and lifestyle plan to help you reach your goals and to help you overcome any health issues.

Screening Tools

Functional pathology and routine pathology tests can assist in identifying the underlying cause of your health concerns, as well as providing tools for the prevention of disease. Common tests which can be ordered are: hormone profiles, hair mineral analysis, digestive dysfunction, adrenal/cortisol profile stress test, liver function test and many more. These tests can allow us to take a deeper look into your health picture. I also offer you compressive stool testing and consultation to analyse the results.

During your initial consultation recommendations will be made for pathologies and integrated tests, if necessary. If you have any questions in regards to the testing available, please contact me.

Healthy Lifestyle

As a personal trainer and yoga teacher I have learned the significance of keeping fit, in both mind and body. Although diet is a major part of health and well-being, I strongly believe in the importance of healthy lifestyle choices as well. This can be anything from exercise, stress reduction, meditation, breathing, time in nature and a work-life balance.

Implementing or maintaining healthy lifestyle practices are proven to reduce weight, stress, anxiety and depression, support cardiovascular health, encourage strong bones, muscles and joints and increase self-confidence and happiness.

Food and Diet

There is no single way of eating, everyone is different and what feels good for one may not feel good for another. The one thing I love to help people with is prioritising wholesome real nourishing food. Every whole food has its place, it’s about tweaking how much or how little a person tolerates that food.

My philosophy is based around “JERF” (Just Eat Real Food). By this I mean food that is out of the ground, off a tree, from an animal, or a food that has had as little human interference as possible. It’s all about choosing food in its whole state and embracing seasonal foods as much as possible to maximise nutritional content. We need to fuel our body with the right food choices to keep it running smoothly and optimally. Nutritional support can help alleviate and prevent chronic diseases and promote optimum health and well-being.
