Cauliflower Mash

Cauliflower mash is so versatile, you can have it as a side dish or top it on any pie you bake to make it extra delicious. 

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower chopped roughly

  • 250g butter

  • ½ chicken broth

  • 2-3 tsp of turmeric

  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

Method 

  1. Place cauliflower in a saucepan with butter and ¼ cup of broth.

  2. Bring to the boil, then simmer until cauliflower is cooked through. (Adding extra broth if liquid in saucepan evaporates). 

  3. Allow to cool slightly then blend in a blender or Thermomix with the rest of ingredients until smooth.
