Cauliflower Mash
Cauliflower mash is so versatile, you can have it as a side dish or top it on any pie you bake to make it extra delicious.
Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower chopped roughly
250g butter
½ chicken broth
2-3 tsp of turmeric
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Method
Place cauliflower in a saucepan with butter and ¼ cup of broth.
Bring to the boil, then simmer until cauliflower is cooked through. (Adding extra broth if liquid in saucepan evaporates).
Allow to cool slightly then blend in a blender or Thermomix with the rest of ingredients until smooth.
